Job Summary: The Overseas Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for international candidates. This includes sourcing, screening, and hiring talent from overseas to meet organizational needs. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, coordinating with recruitment agencies, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and facilitating smooth onboarding for expatriate employees. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Identify staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies for international recruitment.
  • Utilize job portals, social media, headhunting, and recruitment agencies to attract overseas candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage relationships with international recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
Documentation & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws, work permits, and visa requirements for expatriates.
  • Coordinate with legal teams and government authorities for labor approvals and employment visas.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate documentation and hiring processes.
Candidate Management & Onboarding:
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
  • Provide assistance in relocation, travel arrangements, and accommodation setup.
  • Support new hires with orientation and integration into the company and country.
Employer Branding & Networking:
  • Represent the company in job fairs, recruitment events, and online talent platforms.
  • Build strong employer branding to attract top international talent.
  • Develop relationships with overseas universities, training centers, and professional networks.
Reporting & Metrics:
  • Track recruitment performance and generate reports on hiring success rates.
  • Analyze hiring trends and suggest improvements for overseas recruitment strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in international recruitment or overseas hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of global hiring practices, visa regulations, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
