FEMALE ONLY We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to develop, execute, and manage our social media strategies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in growing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness across all platforms. Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Snapchat.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals.
Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos, and other formats).
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce creative assets.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and platforms, and apply best practices.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build relationships with the online community.
Analyze social media performance metrics, create reports, and adjust strategies based on insights.
Stay updated on the latest social media algorithms and adapt strategies accordingly.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.

Requirements:

ENGLISH and ARABIC MUST
2+ years of experience managing Meta and Snapchat Ads.
Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns with measurable results.
Proficiency in Ads Manager tools for both Meta and Snapchat platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative skills for producing compelling ad creatives and copy.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of advertising policies and guidelines for Meta and Snapchat.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Experience:

Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
