Job Description: A world leading vendor is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its business development team for the Transportation industry, especially in the Railway & Metro industry across Middle East countries. This position is a result-oriented role in terms of Business expansion & Revenue Growth. Key tasks of this position include building up relationships with key customers in the SAR/SRO/Qatar Rail/GACA and other ongoing airport projects, as well as the eco-system in the industry such as consultants, EPC, and Global SI. Execute high-quality one-on-one discussions utilizing advanced questioning and influencing skills with customer ICT business leaders and partner business leaders. Part of the role will involve organizing or attending B2B exhibitions/seminars. Language Requirements: Arabic - Fluent / Excellent English - Fluent / Excellent

Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience: The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience and be an accomplished communicator with strong writing, client servicing, and media relations skills. • Wide understanding of the ICT landscape • Excellent communication and presentation skills in all forms. • Passionate about people and relationships. • Over 8 years of experience in SI and IT Services business, out of which at least 3 years in the Middle East market. • Proven track record in the transportation industries is preferred. • A person with an Arabic speaking background would be an advantage. • Travelling across the region is mandatory; half of the time will be based in KSA (Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam).
