The Saudi Tadawul Group was established in March 2021, following the transformation of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) into a Holding Group structure. Job description Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and publish the issuers' announcements in accordance with internal procedure and any other instructions
  • Ensure timely dissemination of important and sensitive financial and nonfinancial information published by issuers in the Exchange as required
  • Observe critical events and ensure that they are accurately reported and implemented once occur.
  • Monitor the changes in Board Members and Senior Executives to keep them up to date
  • Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations to ensure that work processes are implemented and in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures
  • Provide relevant internal or external stakeholders of financial and nonfinancial information operations statistics and reports
  • Provide comprehensive support for listing operations and system configuration
  • Enhance the IFSAH system to introduce new services, and ensure consistency of implemented processes
Key Accountabilities
  • Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company’s standards.
  • Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
  • Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
  • Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education and Certifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IS, Finance, Accounting, Finance is required, Master’s degree is preferred.

  • 3 + years of experience in Financial Services and Exchange products
