Company: Leading Project Management Consultancy in Riyadh Salary: 50,000 SAR per month Job Description: Our client, a prominent Project Management Consultancy in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the project team, the Project Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project controls, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and critical path activities are effectively managed and aligned with client requirements.
Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with the approved budgets, tracking project expenditures, and reporting on cost variances.
Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to the project’s cost, schedule, and quality objectives, providing regular reports to senior management on potential risks.
Performance Monitoring: Track project performance, ensuring project objectives are met in terms of scope, schedule, and quality. Prepare and present progress reports for senior stakeholders.
Change Management: Implement and manage change control procedures, ensuring that any changes to project scope, cost, or schedule are properly evaluated and communicated.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are effectively coordinated and that project controls processes are followed.
Reporting & Documentation: Provide timely and accurate project performance reports, including weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, to ensure key stakeholders are updated regularly.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
Minimum 17 years of experience in project controls or project management roles within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
Proven experience in large-scale construction projects, ideally in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia.
Proficiency in project management software tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
Strong understanding of project controls processes, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, and performance analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
