Role: EXCLUSIVELY for Candidates WITH F&B background Start Date: ASAP Salary:AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 / Month (Negotiable on case-by-case basis) Other Benefits: Medical insurance and more TBD (single basis) Reporting To: Managing Director About Our Client : Our client is an exciting and ambitious Neighborhood bakery that combines the comfort of freshly baked goods with a unique community experience. As we expand and build our presence, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Executive to drive our brand awareness and community engagement efforts. Job Description: The Marketing Executive will manage and execute our marketing and engagement strategy. This role emphasizes campaign planning, content management, and community engagement to ensure that our marketing initiatives reflect OUR CLIENT's brand values and resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns (digital and physical) to strengthen our brand within the community.
Manage content creation and oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to organize promotional events and activities.
Drive community engagement through on-the-ground initiatives and social media presence, building strong customer connections and brand loyalty.
Supervise product packaging implementation, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and sustainability goals.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine marketing strategies and operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing within the food and beverage industry (mandatory) .
Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and content creation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A team player with a strong sense of initiative and a dedication to fostering community engagement.
