We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant with 1 year of experience in managing Receivables , particularly in a retail or drugstore environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for posting and reconciling payment corrections after ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
  • Works closely with internal departments and external vendors when researching unidentified payments, discrepancies that arise or short paid balances.
  • Verifying and reconciling daily deposits.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and order confirmations.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key suppliers.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, generally accepted accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation in Bachelors in Commerce.
  • Knowledge about Tally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
