This is a full-time on-site role located in KSA for a Sales Account Manager at NIL Data Communications Middle East DMCC. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and effective communication on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of experience in customer management, account management, and ICT sales with expertise in the following areas:
  1. Consultancy and Training.
  2. Cisco products and services is preferred.
  3. Technical knowledge in networking and IT is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Fluent in Arabic and English.
  2. Saudi Nationals preferred or Valid work Iqama holders.
  3. Based in Riyad- KSA and ready to travel in the KSA.
