CRM Specialist (F/M) Permanent agreement. Situated in the heart of Place Vendome, the Maison Chaumet is a significant actor in the high-end field and also stands for the sign of the Parisian jewellery excellence considering that its creation in 1780. Currently in change and anchored in modernity, Maison Chaumet is now part of a global repositioning context with strong development in sales within the LVMH group. In this dynamic and challenging development context, you will have the chance to contribute to the growth of Chaumet, by being responsible for Chaumet's Consumer Relationship Management in order to develop customer satisfaction, loyalty and join providing the best experience for the customers.
Duties:
- Establish and generate CRM KPI reports to assist stores meet goals on a monthly basis.
- Establish reporting on all activations and campaigns.
- Animate and follow up on the client loyalty program.
- Produce CRM reporting and analysis needs including the customers listing extraction for the shops.
- Support the shops with the CRM tools and Chaumet's clienteling devices.
- Assist with the One to One and One to Many customers communication tools (e-mailings, e-catalogues, etc.).
- Work and follow up on the clienteling tasks (clients gifting, event support, reporting, etc.).
- Forecast and budget the annual GWP strategy.
- Coach the store team on client relations.
- Conduct market research to follow trends and competition.
Account:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing fields.
- HTML exposure is preferable.
- Fluency in English language - Arabic is a plus.
- 3-4 years of working experience in CRM.
- Organizational skills to manage competing demands between marketing, sales, consumers, and administration.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate reports and collaborate with large data sets.
- Attention to detail to maintain the integrity of the CRM data.
- Commercial awareness to understand the target audience and design campaigns accordingly.
- Solid communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to share a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion and diversity, integrity, client focus, and respect.
