- Enhances guest satisfaction through his/her warm and friendly manner, availability and frequent presence in the hotel.
- Handles guest comments and complaints, ensuring follow-up.
- Supervises stock rotations for soft and alcoholic drinks and catering supplies, and identifies any needs.
- Guarantees that equipment is kept clean and well maintained.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Hospitality or other related course.
- With at least 2-3 years of working experience in the same field.
- Can adapt to fast-paced working relationships.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
