Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and visionary professional to fill the role of Director - Infrastructure Operations. This leadership position will oversee all aspects of our infrastructure operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services that support the company's ambitious projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for establishing operational excellence while aligning infrastructure capabilities with the organization's strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all infrastructure operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals
  • Manage the development, implementation, and optimization of operational processes related to IT infrastructure, including network, server, and storage management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure team, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of services
  • Implement best practices for incident management, change management, and configuration management within the infrastructure environment
  • Lead initiatives to enhance infrastructure performance, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT operations are fully integrated with business processes
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to optimize infrastructure efficiency and support business goals
  • Develop budgets and manage resource allocation for infrastructure operations
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the infrastructure operations team through training and professional development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a significant focus on operations
  • Proven leadership experience in overseeing IT infrastructure operations
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices
  • Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and networking technologies
  • Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
