Security Specialist Vacancy in Mecca, Saudi Arabia

  1. Keep cleanliness and an excellent appearance within the Front Counter. Project a professional image in greeting and serving clients.
  2. Ensure all sales targets are met/exceeded. Guarantee all cash and the cash float are handled appropriately.
  3. Use SPS system to complete AWBs according to company standards.
  4. Ensure that appropriate delivery requirements are met at all times. Maintain appropriate levels of brochures and tolls on display.
  5. Ensure the delivery of accurate and appropriate information to clients and provide recommendations on delivery approval and carriage.
  6. Screen all shipments before approval and take necessary action against DGA deliveries.
  7. Ensure all machinery is in working order (Card, Weighing, Computer). Upload Disk info from the SPS accurately at the end of each day.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Diploma or university level.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 2 years in customer service.
  3. Technical Knowledge/Skills: Very good computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
