Job details

Manage all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including Resident and Employee Visa, Labor and Immigration Cards, Labor Quota applications, Emirates ID Cards, Annual License renewals and updates, Changes to Trade Licenses, transfers, Regulatory approvals and NOC letters, Notarization of Legal Documents, visit visas, car registrations, tenancy agreements, Trade Licenses, labor permits, export licenses.
Proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits, and company-related licenses.
Ensure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow up on official approvals and permits to prevent unnecessary violations.
Handle labor and immigration visa transactions through online channels (Tasheel website and smart channel website for the whole group of companies).
Record up-to-date all the PRO and administration-related data and documents.
Work closely with the legal and Commercial Department on all kinds of legalization, attestation, notarization, Managers Change, Directors Change, etc.
Pension registration in GPSSA for Emirati joiners.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 6-7 years of experience as a PRO in the Retail industry.
