We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising. The goal is to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads to support the company’s overall marketing strategy. Key duties and Responsibilities: Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Display Ads, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with business goals and target audience. Monitor and manage digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website. Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and link-building efforts to improve search visibility. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising. Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and ensure a positive ROI. Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and targeting. Social Media Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Create engaging and relevant content for posts, ads, and promotions. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Email Marketing: Design, create, and distribute email marketing campaigns to engage with leads, customers, and prospects. Analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize for better results. Segment email lists to target specific customer groups with personalized messaging. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, and ROI. Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to monitor and adjust campaigns for better outcomes. Content Creation and Management: Assist in creating high-quality content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media posts. Work with the content team to ensure the content is optimized for SEO and meets the brand’s tone and voice. Brand Awareness & Lead Generation: Drive brand awareness and lead-generation campaigns across digital platforms. Conduct competitor research to identify new opportunities and tactics to grow the business. Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate with the creative team to design visuals, ads, and banners for digital campaigns. Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with lead generation and sales goals. Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Experiment with new platforms, techniques, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Position Requirements Work Experience 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Proven experience with SEO, PPC, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing. Creative and Analytical Thinking: Ability to think creatively while analyzing digital marketing data and trends. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Skills / Behaviour Attributes Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.). Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) and ability to interpret data. Strong knowledge of social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)#J-18808-Ljbffr
