Key Accountability Areas:

  1. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to understand project scope, equipment requirements, and timelines.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate equipment inventory records, including location, condition, and availability.
  3. Plan and schedule equipment movements, including transportation, delivery, and installation at project sites.
  4. Coordinate with external vendors and logistics providers for timely and cost-effective equipment delivery.
  5. Ensure proper documentation of all equipment movements and associated costs.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all equipment in the store, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
  7. Conduct regular physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  8. Manage equipment maintenance and repair schedules, including coordinating with service providers.
Qualifications/Requirements Knowledge and Experience
  1. 3 - 5 years of experience in equipment management, logistics, or a related field within a project based industrial environment.
  2. User level proficiency of ERP systems and inventory management software.
  3. Basic knowledge of testing & commissioning equipment.
Education and Certifications
  1. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
