Job Description

  1. Coordinates with Head of department to design and update job descriptions.
  2. Posts advertisements for open positions.
  3. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.
  4. Conducts initial interviews by phone for shortlisted candidates.
  5. Coordinates for initial interview assessments.
  6. Receives, reviews, and verifies candidates before proceeding with offer letters.
  7. Prepares hard files and updates HRMS system for new hires.
  8. Drafts offer letters and arranges signatures.
  9. Coordinates with PROs for Visa, EID, Labour Contract, Medical, etc.
  10. Manages the relocation arrangements for new hire employees (tickets, requests for the required visa and accommodation).
  11. Prepares employment contracts as well.
  12. Conducts HR Orientation and coordinates for Onboarding and Safety Orientation.
  13. Ensures completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established recruitment policy.
  14. Effectively monitors and follows up on the six-month performance appraisal for new employees.
