As a Customer Success Manager at Squirro, you will be the cornerstone of our client relationships, ensuring that every interaction delivers value and strengthens trust. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and coordinate implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and maximum value for clients.
- Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding clients’ unique challenges and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Identify new opportunities for account expansion and introduce additional solutions that align with client goals.
- Work seamlessly with sales, solution engineering, and product teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Leverage your technical curiosity to explore innovative ideas and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to organize and coordinate complex projects to successful completion. Experience in a multi-faceted, client-facing role, covering pre-sales, implementation, and ongoing success.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with a respectful, innovative, and solutions-driven mindset.
- A track record of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a willingness to dive into new tools and methodologies.
- Experience with search or data-intensive projects is a plus.
- Have prior experience as a Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Are passionate about cutting-edge technology and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company. Excel at fostering positive business relationships with clients.
- Demonstrate a self-motivated, “can-do” attitude with a great sense of humor.
