We are seeking a skilled RICS Certified Valuer to join our Commercial Department in Dubai, contributing to the growth and success of our dynamic and fast-paced organization. As a RICS Certified Valuer , you will provide professional, accurate, and comprehensive valuation services for a variety of commercial real estate properties. Your expertise will guide clients in making informed decisions while adhering to the highest industry standards and ethical practices. Key Responsibilities:

Property Valuations: Perform detailed valuations of commercial properties in compliance with RICS standards and UAE regulations. Prepare high-quality, well-documented valuation reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of clients, including investors, developers, and corporate entities. Offer expert insights and advice on property market trends and valuation results.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of local commercial real estate markets to gather relevant data. Keep abreast of trends and factors influencing property values in Dubai and the UAE.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensure valuation practices are in strict accordance with RICS standards, local regulations, and company policies. Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all client interactions.

Requirements: Key Qualifications and Skills:

RICS certification is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial property valuation, ideally in the UAE
In-depth knowledge of UAE property markets and relevant regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
