· Manage and protect the relationship between the company and its most important clients. · Passionate client acquisition responsible for promoting BuildMate platform solutions to Contractors, Building Materials Suppliers, Heavy Equipment Materials Suppliers, and many other potential construction sectors. Responsibilities: General Duties:

  1. Effectively search out and get new clients.
  2. Meet new Contractors, Building Materials Suppliers, and Heavy Equipment Materials Suppliers.
  3. Promote BuildMate complete Contractors, Building Materials Suppliers, and Heavy Equipment Materials Solution Providers, to win new business.
  4. Continuously contact clients to fix appointments and give presentations of the company profile to their management and ensure their inquiries, orders, quotations, and problems (if they may have any) are handled properly and timely.
  5. Carry on a business conversation with client owners and decision-makers.
  6. Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
  7. Coordinate along with the sales coordinator, and develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within his/her assigned zone, including the use of CRM to maintain accurate records to maximize area/zone potential.
  9. Categorize the work schedule based on the zone targeted to work on.
  10. Produce a detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual target “Business Sales Plan” in conjunction with the discussions with the Country Manager/CEO.
  11. Hold coordination meetings with the clients.
  12. Correspond with clients on any of the issues or any other tasks related to coordination.
  13. Follow in uploading the materials and product listing with the in charge of handling this task.
  14. Develop a deep understanding of the technical and business challenges clients face, to identify opportunities to increase traffic and invite clients to BuildMate.
Sales and Targets:
  1. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, closing, and handing over new accounts to the IT management team.
  2. Build, manage, and maintain a substantial pipeline and ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented and kept up-to-date in the CRM system.
  3. Ensure all sales opportunities are fully captured, explored, and qualified.
  4. Provide the Country Manager a prompt and accurate information about sales, so that forecasting is accurate and clients can be promptly and accurately invoiced.
  5. Meet (and exceed) sales targets as set by the Country Manager.
Client focus and Communications:
  1. Research and understand prospects’ products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives, overall business requirements, and ROI objectives, and advise clients accordingly on the best solution required to meet these objectives.
  2. Provide timely response and exceptional levels of service to all inquiries.
  3. Create proposals, presentations, contracts, and other documentation, using company templates and in line with relevant company procedures.
  4. Respond to all client’s requests for information in a timely and organized manner.
  5. Ensure all written and presentational work is of a top-quality standard and adheres to the Company's guidance at all times.
  6. Attend meetings with prospects as required.
Best practice and Organization:
  1. Keep fully up-to-date with industry developments.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and share resources, tactics, techniques, insight, best practices, and ideas across the department.
Governance:
  1. Develop the project roadmap from completing the Portfolio report, planning the visit, building relationships with the clients, managing the contracts, performing the coordination meetings to enroll the client in Buildmate, and the after-sales service visits to strengthen the relationship with the clients.
  2. Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures, and Business Code of Ethics and ensure that they are implemented.
  3. Continually develop the department Policies, Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures SOP, to ensure it is aligned with the company vision and the industry standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Computer literate, in MS Office Applications, PowerPoint, and CRM.
  • Excellent written & oral skills in Arabic, and good in English.
  • Full knowledge of the construction materials industry.
  • Have a minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Have a track record of meeting targets.
  • Possess a valid transferable residency and work permission.
  • Have the ability to close deals.
  • Possess excellent listening, negotiating, influencing, and closing skills.
  • Analyze, and interpret information, news, data, and research quickly, and distill the most important/relevant information to build intelligent sales strategies.
  • Have excellent face-to-face presentation skills.
