Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) tailored to our target audience.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing manager to create and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
  3. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around our brand.
  4. Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers and UGC (User-Generated Content) creators to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  5. Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and tracking performance.
  6. Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, including influencer collaborations, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our social media strategies innovative and effective.
  8. Work closely with our graphic designer and other team members to create cohesive marketing materials.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  5. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  6. Experience in managing influencer relationships and UGC strategies.
  7. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
  8. Experience in creating video content is a plus.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
