Position: Sales & Marketing Officer Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, executing, and monitoring sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, handle administrative tasks, and prepare sales presentations and reports.
Manage customer databases and support lead generation efforts.
Organize events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance market presence.
Ensure alignment and collaboration between sales and marketing teams.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups to potential clients in shipbuilding and related services.
Assist in preparing sales proposals and bids that align with client specifications and industry standards.
Track and report sales performance, including leads, proposals, and closing rates.

Additional Responsibilities:

Liaise with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and shipbuilding capabilities.
Support digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, and online advertising for shipbuilding projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical field.
5-8 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the marine, maritime, or similar industries .
Strong knowledge of shipbuilding and ship repair .
Age: 25 to 40 years.
Proficiency in technical documentation, sales reporting, and shipbuilding operations .
Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
