At least 4-5 years' overall experience. Must have at least 2-3 years' of UAE experience related to his field. Must have knowledge working in Facility Management, Residential management, and commercial building. Must handle full building PPM with: Hard Services: MEP, FIRE SYSTEM, HVAC, ELEVATOR, CIVIL WORK, GAS Soft Services: Cleaning, Security, Landscaping, Pest Control, Waste Management Must have strong skills in their work and be professional, especially in their field, with the ability to decide on their own. Follow up the SOPS to their workers in project base KPIs and Safety. Making daily, weekly, monthly reports. Must have computer skills and reporting abilities. Can be flexible and trustworthy.
