Application/System Sales Engineer I (BMS) – UAE Nationals Only Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Support: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies for BMS products and solutions, working closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  2. Technical Consultation: Provide technical expertise and support to clients during the sales process, ensuring appropriate application of BMS products to meet customer requirements.
  3. Design Solutions: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design customized BMS solutions, preparing proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
  4. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and workshops, effectively communicating the benefits and features of building management systems to prospective clients.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing timely and informative follow-up.
  6. Market Research: Gather intelligence on market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making.
  7. Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to customers, ensuring they are knowledgeable about system operations and product features.
  8. Data Analysis: Assist clients with data analysis, energy management strategies, and performance metrics to optimize building operations.
Work Environment:
  1. Primarily office-based with frequent visits to customer sites for consultations, field support, and demonstrations.
  2. Some travel may be required to attend trade shows, conferences, or client meetings.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  2. Experience: Experience through internship, in sales engineering, technical support, or a related field, preferably working with fire systems or similar technologies would be an added advantage.
  3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with BMS technologies, including HVAC, lighting control, and security systems is preferred.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  6. Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
