Talent Acquisition Internship (3-Month Duration) Location - Dubai. About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for three months. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of our new recruitment system. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR technology and talent acquisition processes, while contributing to a high-impact project. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of the new recruitment system.
  • Support the team in migrating data from the old system to the new one, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct system testing to identify and troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
  • Create training materials (e.g., user guides, FAQs) for end-users of the new system.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions or demos for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Provide administrative support, including documentation, tracking progress, and preparing status reports for the project.
  • Collect feedback from users and suggest improvements for the recruitment system.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the successful rollout of the system.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Attributes:
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Enthusiasm for HR processes and technology.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
