Speech Therapist

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists, psychologists, behavior analysts, teachers, and family members, to develop a comprehensive treatment plan for patients.
2. Perform initial assessments and necessary screening tests using standardized techniques.
3. Prepare Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and necessary treatment plans based on clients' individual needs.
4. Communicate the treatment plan and therapeutic goals with patients and support teams.
5. Record treatment progress daily in progress trackers.
6. Keep detailed records of patients' progress and speech treatment plans.
7. Stay updated with developments in the field of speech therapy through continued education and professional development opportunities.
8. Provide necessary support in the recruitment process including sharing speech therapist job vacancies in social networks, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
9. Report therapy progress to parents.
10. Provide necessary therapy tips to parents for home practice.
11. Prepare necessary reports for schools, insurance companies, etc.
12. Participate in weekly training and workshops.

1. Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
2. Minimum 1 year experience for junior therapists.
3. Minimum 5 years experience for senior therapists.
4. DHA License/Eligibility letter (NOT MANDATORY).
5. Basic computer literacy.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
