Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects.
  2. Manage site inspections, ensuring work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
  4. Supervise the execution of civil works such as foundations, drainage systems, and roadworks.
  5. Conduct feasibility studies, surveys, and site assessments.
  6. Prepare and review engineering reports, designs, and calculations.
  7. Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
  3. Knowledge of construction processes, project management, and relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
  4. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  5. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. UAE experience is a plus.
