Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented After-Sales Project Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on coordinating after-sales services for mining machinery, including spare parts and maintenance support, by collaborating with internal teams and ensuring efficient execution of tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate after-sales services, including the delivery of spare parts and maintenance support.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and customer satisfaction.
Track and report on project timelines, resources and budgets related to after-sales services.
Monitor progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules and presentations.
Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to create detailed reports and data presentations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Engineering or equivalent is preferable.
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the mining equipment or related industry.
Strong understanding of after-sales services and spare parts management.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of mining operations and equipment is preferred.
Fluency in French and Arabic will be an advantage.
