IMMEDIATE HIRING Position: Business Setup Consultant (Sales) Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE Company: Eagle Wings Business Consultant Job Summary: The Business Setup Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in setting up their businesses in the UAE. The consultant will guide clients through the entire business formation process, including advising on the appropriate legal structure, jurisdictions (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore), documentation, and licensing requirements. The role also involves offering personalized advice to ensure compliance with UAE laws while providing a seamless and efficient setup experience. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients to understand their business requirements, objectives, and goals. Provide expert advice on the best legal structures, jurisdictions, and business setup packages.
2. Business Formation: Assist clients in preparing and submitting all necessary documents, including trade name registration, business license applications, and visa processing. Liaise with government authorities such as the Department of Economic Development (DED), free zone authorities, and other relevant bodies. Stay updated with the latest changes in UAE business regulations, industry trends, and market conditions. Advise clients accordingly to ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Create detailed proposals for business setup packages, including cost breakdowns, timelines, and steps involved in the setup process. Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. Provide ongoing support and advice throughout the setup process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction. Work closely with PROs and government bodies to expedite the company formation process, resolve any issues, and ensure timely completion of required approvals and permits. Assist the sales team in generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and closing business setup deals. Attend networking events and seminars to represent the company and attract new clients.
