We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at our facility.
Cleaning Supervisor Duties
- Monitoring the cleanliness of premises, equipment, and staff
- Organising and allocating tasks to staff
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Ordering and maintaining stock levels of cleaning materials
- Providing training and appraisals for staff
- Investigating customer complaints
- Liaising with customers and contractors
Cleaning Supervisor Requirements
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises are maintained
- Carry out regular inspections to ensure the highest standards are achieved
- Train and supervise cleaning staff
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and policies
- Ensure that cleaning materials and equipment are used in a safe and economical manner
- Ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are followed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial, or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Experience in supervising or leadership roles is a plus
- With experience in the same field

- Cleaner: 1 year (Required)
