Job details

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at our facility.

Cleaning Supervisor Duties

Monitoring the cleanliness of premises, equipment, and staff
Organising and allocating tasks to staff
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to
Ordering and maintaining stock levels of cleaning materials
Providing training and appraisals for staff
Investigating customer complaints
Liaising with customers and contractors

Cleaning Supervisor Requirements

Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises are maintained
Carry out regular inspections to ensure the highest standards are achieved
Train and supervise cleaning staff
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and policies
Ensure that cleaning materials and equipment are used in a safe and economical manner
Ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are followed

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial, or commercial cleaning preferred
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Ability to manage time efficiently
Experience in supervising or leadership roles is a plus
With experience in the same field
