Job details
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and budget assessments.
- Conduct tender analysis, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Draft and review contracts in line with project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks during pre-contract stages.
- Ensure compliance with procurement strategies and contractual obligations.
- Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to define project scope and cost structures.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making during the pre-contract phase.
- Strong understanding of construction principles and cost estimation.
- Experience in contract preparation, particularly within the FIDIC suite of contracts.
- Minimum 10 years experience with a consultant, developer, or a combination of both (UAE experience preferred).
- Expertise in residential and commercial building projects, with a focus on pre-contract cost management.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
