The Senior Internal Auditor is responsible for planning and managing the conduct and completion of financial, operational and compliance audits while supporting process improvements in line with corporate objectives. In addition to leading and conducting risk assessments for Group’s subsidiaries.

Perform or assist in performing evaluation of significant risks & controls and ensuring comprehensive audit coverage for all activities under review including compliance with prescribed policies & procedures and relevant laws & regulations.
Assist in planning the scope of audit.
Assist in determining the auditing procedures to be used.
Identify and evaluate the key control points.
Identify risk at the process and entity level
Conduct risk assessment and evaluate the gravity of each risk
Evaluate or assist in evaluating system’s effectiveness through application of knowledge of business systems
Perform audit in a professional manner and in accordance with established guidelines.
Obtain, analyze, and appraise evidentiary data as a basis for an informed, objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed.
Prepare or assist in preparing audit reports with the appropriate recommendations
Make oral or written presentations to process owners during and at the conclusion of the examination, discussing deficiencies, recommending corrective action / improvements.

Academic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Management Relevant professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CIA) Experience - Minimum 8 years relevant experience in internal auditing or similar function. Additional Skills Required - Good command of written and oral English. Arabic knowledge is an added advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
