Nursery Trainer

Job Title: Early Years / Nursery Trainer Job Responsibilities:

1. Deliver practical training on childcare and early learning activities.
2. Develop customized training content tailored to nanny, childminder or caregivers roles and responsibilities.
3. Provide hands-on guidance on creating safe environments and daily accident prevention for children.
4. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback for skill improvement.
5. Keep up to date with evolving curriculum and best practices.

1. 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education or nursery teaching.
2. Familiarity with educational frameworks and curriculum development.
3. Strong understanding of classroom management and student development practices.
4. Some experience as a trainer or educator in the early years sector would be beneficial.

1. Bachelor's degree in primary education, kindergarten teaching, early childhood education or a related field.
2. Professional certifications in early years education are an advantage.
3. Teaching or training certification is beneficial.
4. IELTS score 7-8 or above/ CEFR equivalent C1.

2. Energetic self-starter with the ability to engage and motivate students.
3. Strong organizational and curriculum development abilities.
4. Proficient in using digital tools for training and assessments.
