Hermeneutic Investments Dubai, United Arab Emirates We are a rapidly growing crypto hedge fund, 2 years old, managing a 9-figure AUM, generating 200%+ annualized returns with a 4 Sharpe. We've grown to a team of ~40 across Trading & Research, Tech, and Operations. About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced blockchain researcher to join our trading firm in a full-time role. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in one of the following: EVM blockchains, EVM Layer 2 networks, and non-EVM Layer 1s. Responsibilities:- Respond to urgent market events to provide accurate and timely analysis of on-chain activities
- Detailed experience with token supply analysis
- Monitoring of on-chain activity and alerts
- Effectively communicate blockchain activities to teams
- Collaborate with the on-chain engineering team
- 3+ years of blockchain analysis and cryptocurrency research
- Demonstrable project experiences with on-chain activities
- Familiarity with EVM and non-EVM blockchain mechanisms
- SQL basics and data visualization tools knowledge
- Proficiency in:
- Entity and address attribution
- Transaction graph flow analysis
- Monitoring of consensus mechanisms
- Understanding of non-EVM blockchain features
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
