Prep cook

Job Title: Cook - Tagalog Location: Ruwais camp, Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Permanent, Long-term Responsibilities:

1. Prepare remarkable meals for our clients.
2. Weigh, measure, mix and prep components according to recipes.
3. Heavy steam, grill, boil, cook or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other components.
4. Examine food and ingredients for freshness.
5. Arrange and garnish meals.
6. Work well under pressure and within time limits.
7. Ensure that kitchen area, equipment, and tools are cleaned.
8. Help lead and influence our kitchen staff with the restaurant manager.
9. Prepare food according to health and safety standards.
10. Suggest ideas for specials or seasonal recipes.
11. Sanitize and clean work stations and tools.
12. Reorder stock and food supplies.
13. Monitor other chefs and team members.
14. Assist other cooks in preparing food or helping other staff members when needed.
