Junior Treasurer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Treasurer to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the treasury function, manage cash flow, and assist in maintaining financial compliance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow and liquidity requirements.
• Assist in preparing short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Support banking relationships, including account management and transactions.
• Execute foreign exchange transactions and manage currency risk exposures.
• Prepare and analyze treasury reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Assist in the development and implementation of treasury systems and tools.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline payment processes and optimize working capital.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve treasury operations.
• Support audit and reporting requirements related to the treasury function.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.
• Basic understanding of cash management, financial instruments, and banking operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS).
• Knowledge of financial risk management and hedging instruments.
• Understanding of UAE banking regulations and practices.
• Arabic Speaker
