Responsibilities

  • Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
  • Estimate expenses that the company can incur for raw materials and other supplies.
  • Implement the best practices to approach and finish a construction project as per the set economic plan.
  • Plan construction project activities for adhering to the estimated budget and resources.
Skills
  • A good working knowledge of software.
  • Proficient in building long-lasting relationships along with a knack for developing a productive team.
  • Proficient in utilizing software to enhance a construction project's productivity.
  • Strict adherence to well-established theories for acquiring the best output.
