Business Development Manager for an Insurance Brokerage in Dubai

Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Manage and track sales pipeline and report on progress to senior management
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and competitive landscape
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Candidates with existing portfolio in insurance brokerage will be preferred
  • Proven experience in business development and insurance sales
