Job Description We are looking for a Country Sales Manager to lead our commercial and operational strategy in the MENA market. This role is essential for driving Neurona's growth by establishing strategic relationships, expanding our client network, and ensuring the achievement of commercial and financial objectives. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and solid experience in consultative sales within the technology and artificial intelligence sectors. Responsibilities- Develop and execute the expansion strategy in the assigned country, aligned with Neurona’s global objectives.
- Identify business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with potential clients and key partners in the region.
- Build and lead a local team, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational KPIs.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and high-level client meetings.
- Manage the country’s P&L, optimizing resources and ensuring operational profitability.
- Develop value propositions for clients, promoting innovative solutions in artificial intelligence and software development.
- Monitor competition and market trends to adapt effective commercial strategies.
- Coordinate with global sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure execution aligns with the company’s vision.
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with other executives to drive regional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership positions in sales, business development, or technology consulting.
- Proven experience in the software industry, artificial intelligence, or deep tech solutions.
- Ability to establish and manage relationships with corporate clients and high-growth startups.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute concrete action plans.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- This is an equity-based position instead of a fixed salary. We offer a partnership stake as a co-founder, along with a commission-based incentive system:
- 15% commission per service or project sold, paid in USD .
