- Programme Management: Coordinate the delivery of the Delegations programme, Hosted Buyer and Matchmaking Programmes to ensure smooth and successful execution.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and key partners.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of potential clients, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
- Market & Feedback Analysis: Support market analysis efforts and gather customer feedback to enhance program features.
- KPI Tracking: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring accurate data for reporting and improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong working relationships with key agencies to support the Dubai Airshow's international delegation program.
- Event Coordination: Provide logistical support and liaise with UAE Ministry of Defence Desk Officers and international delegations to schedule meetings with exhibitors at the event.
- Collaboration with Exhibitor Liaison Teams: Support the Exhibitor Liaison Manager and Hall Liaison teams to finalize meeting schedules for international delegations and exhibitors at DAS 2025.
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken, written, and transcription) is essential.
- Collaboration & Partnership: Ability to collaborate effectively, share information, and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while confidently challenging assumptions.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership presence with the ability to communicate clearly and enthusiastically.
- Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and deliver high-quality results, taking responsibility for outcomes.
- Service Excellence: Commitment to professional excellence in delivering services and constantly improving quality to meet diverse customer needs.
- Big Picture Thinking: An understanding of how your role contributes to the organization’s broader objectives and goals.
- Degree educated (Preferable)
- Previous experience in the events industry, particularly with large-scale events, is highly desirable.
