System And Network Administrator

Job Title: System Network Administrator – IT Infra Structure Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Computers)
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology

• Ensures network, infrastructure, development and vendor software are compliant with information protection standards and requirements.
• Ensure effective desktop, servers and network connectivity support at regional locations.
• Perform on-site and remote technical support.
• Provides emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule.
• Responsible for all offices and branches equipment maintenance agreements and follow-ups.
• Ensures security and business continuity process within company frameworks and guidelines.
• Establishes and enforces all policies and standards for network and telecommunications equipment, server and personal computer hardware, and software.
• Manage vendors for all IT infrastructure requirements, if any.
• Effective synchronization with the Management Office and the branches to ensure smooth functionality of the system.
• Assist IT Manager in preparing policies, procedures and process flows.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Regular Branch visits and audits.
• Upgrade, install and troubleshoot networks, systems & storage, networking hardware devices and software.
• Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.
• Maintains excellent communication with the IT Manager on all tasks and projects.
• Creates and maintains good technical documentation.
• Manage assigned & maintain list of network addresses.
• Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems to include desktop PCs, servers, network equipment.
• Develops, maintains, and monitors procedures for all server backups.
• Monitors, plans, and coordinates the distribution of client/server software and service packs.
• Makes recommendations for new equipment and services to purchase and works with various vendors for procurement.

• Network & firewall Management (Checkpoint / FortiGate / SonicWALL)
• Backup & Storage Management
• MS Exchange Server Management
