People Projects Manager Department: People Tech & Development Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote Reporting To: Maria Nevedrova Description Are you passionate about driving impactful change in HR, optimizing business processes, managing complex HR transformation projects, and designing cutting-edge talent management solutions? If so, this role is your perfect fit. As our People Projects Manager , you will:
- Act as a Project Coordinator , designing and executing rollout strategies for HR and cross-functional projects.
- Bring the mindset of a Product Manager , identifying HR challenges and turning them into flexible and streamlined solutions.
- Leverage your expertise in Talent Management , taking charge of critical areas like performance evaluation, employee development, and succession planning.
- Serve as an HR Generalist , utilizing a deep understanding of key HR metrics and the full employee lifecycle.
- Drive and coordinate HR transformation projects, including cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Compliance, Information Security, and other Divisions.
- Develop and execute detailed rollout plans for People projects.
- Analyze and optimize HR business processes, ensuring efficiency and automation.
- Design and enhance tools and methodologies for employee evaluation, development, goal-setting, engagement, and retention, overseeing them.
- Craft communication strategies to ensure seamless adoption of changes by employees at all levels.
- A degree in HR, Business Management, or Business Analysis (or relevant professional certification).
- 3+ years of experience in HR project management, with proven success in delivering impactful projects.
- Broad expertise across multiple HR domains (the more diverse, the better!).
- Advanced user knowledge of HRM systems (preferably BambooHR), performance management systems, and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Strong business analysis skills, including process documentation following industry standards.
- Experience with pitch preparation, concept presentations, and defending solutions to senior executives.
- Proficiency in conducting in-depth user interviews.
