The leadership role of Principal is critical to improving the educational outcomes of students in their schools. The Principal has a major influence on developing the quality of teaching and learning and nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers and stakeholders. Be an active participant in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development. Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry, and business.
