About the role Reporting to the State General Manager Commonwealth Private, you will be responsible for leading a team of Private Bankers to deliver an outstanding level of service to our HNW & UHNW client base. As Executive Manager you will: Recruit, coach, train and develop your team of Private Bankers Deliver outcomes for our people, customers, and shareholders across areas including Employee engagement, Customer experience, and business growth Maintain and grow your team’s dedication to proactively building and nurturing client relationships Ensure your team has a high level of awareness of clients’ financial positions to ensure early detection of risk Ensure your team’s compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, and drive a culture of risk awareness, governance, and compliance Deliver on organizational, people, culture, and performance objectives About you Experience in leading a large team of sales professionals, preferably within private banking or similar with a focus on HNW client base Experience leading, managing, and executing change to deliver positive people, culture, risk, and financial outcomes Strong lending/credit technical skills Experience in both Banking and Wealth Management preferred Comprehensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance Previous experience in budgeting and planning, together with experience in leading department performance Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline RG146 accreditation MBA or Masters in Applied Finance is desirable however not essential Advertising End Date: 10/02/2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
