System Engineer

Ayone Computers is a well-established IT Support Company, based on the North Shore offering Managed IT Services and Network Services across the Auckland region. The business continues to grow and we are currently seeking to hire a self-motivated IT Systems Engineer with previous experience supporting the SMB market. You will be working in a fast-paced team environment providing onsite and remote support and advice to our valued client base. You will be expected to be the main point of contact for the customer and be proactive, managing, maintaining, and maximising their IT systems within agreed SLA's. Accurate and timely logging of calls, updating of tickets is an important element of this position. Where possible you will identifiy opportunities for improvements and enhancements where needed. We require someone with key skills & experience including:
- Microsoft Modern Desktop and Microsoft365 Admin skills
- Desktop Support Experience in a Wintel Environment Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, OneDrive, Microsoft Security + PowerShell)
- Basic Network skills
- Experience using PSA and RMM tools (ConnectWise Labtech or similar)
