  • To provide oversight on the teams' activities while establishing a strong relationship with prospective and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing lasting relationships with prospective clients
  • Strategizing on developing new products
  • Track revenue /receivable per client
  • Track growth in revenue
  • Attend to various client requests
  • Report on the success of the business and areas that need improvement
  • Follow industry trends and be proactive in advising Management accordingly
  • Increase Client base
  • Acquisition of new business
  • Provide monthly activity updates to clients
  • Manage and retain existing relationships with existing clients
  • Write a business proposal
  • Deepen the relationship with Issuing houses
Key Requirements:
  • First degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Postgraduate degree in any field is an added advantage
  • Minimum 8 years of cognate experience in the Registrars space
  • 7- 8 years' experience in sales or marketing or related field with the following ability to: Increase Revenue, build a strategic partnership, make strategic decisions, increase profitability, increase growth in terms of business expansion, identify sales, and pitch goods and services to new clients.
Skills & Competencies
  • Proficiency with the use of MS Office Suites e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Understanding of Share Registration
  • Excellent Business writing skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
