Position Title: Assistant Manager, Finance Controllership Function: Finance Location: Bangalore Qualification: Qualified CA is a must Skill Requirements:

• Education Qualification: Qualified CA (Essential)
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining accounts under IGAAP & Companies Act, 2013.
• Knowledge of tax regulations such as Withholding taxes, GST.
• Experience in day-to-day accounting , including month-end close process for retail business units.
• Inventory management knowledge including physical verification and valuation of inventory.
• Ability to handle large data and manage closing inventory, consumption details.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel , PowerPoint , and ERP systems .

• Strong problem-solving skills .
• Ability to handle voluminous data .
• Stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work under tight timelines .

1. Financial Accounting and Reporting: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and compliance with GAAP and other regulations. Work on customer reconciliations and coordinate with operations teams.
2. Tax & Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with Withholding Tax, GST, and other regulations.
3. Internal Control Design: Design and operate robust internal control systems, especially around inventory management.
4. Year-End Close: Manage receivables, track outstanding invoices, and perform physical inventory verifications.
5. Stakeholder Management: Handle communication with internal teams, auditors, system vendors, and regulatory authorities.
6. Technology Management: Contribute to the management and development of in-house ERP systems.
