Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality Assurance Analyst Specialist Team is seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Analyst Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of cutting-edge AI applications and support the team's innovative projects. You will need the following skills and experience: • Proficiency with AWS and cloud testing environments • Experience with performance testing and infrastructure validation tools • Knowledge of test management tools, defect tracking systems, and modern testing environments • Solid understanding of test design patterns, test architectures, and quality assurance methodologies • Experience in test automation using Python, with expertise in testing frameworks and best practices • Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems for cross-platform testing • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean)• Understanding of Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their testing challenges • Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git • Good communication skills, able to document issues and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders • Knowledge of database testing, SQL queries, and data validation techniques • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience • Experience Required: Approximately 4 years of software testing experience Your role and responsibilities: • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for Generative AI applications • Review and validate technical requirements to ensure testability • Design and implement test data strategies for AI model training and validation • Create and execute performance testing scenarios for AI applications • Lead quality assurance practices and mentor junior team members • Develop and maintain test metrics and quality dashboards • Collaborate with development teams to improve product quality • Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing perspective • Create detailed test documentation and quality reports • Work effectively with geographically dispersed teams • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
