Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Conduct performance testing to ensure the application meets performance and scalability requirements. Analyze performance test results, identify system bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements, create test strategies, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Identify, document, and manage defects using defect-tracking tools. Continuously enhance and maintain the existing test automation framework for efficiency and scalability. Prepare and share detailed test reports, highlighting test outcomes, performance insights, and improvement opportunities. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience in Java programming for test automation. Proficiency in using Selenium for web application automation testing. Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter , LoadRunner , or similar. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins , Git , etc. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and testing processes. Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills to report test outcomes and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured . Familiarity with cloud-based environments and testing strategies. Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
