Join us to be part of a mission that redefines the way the world hires tech talent. Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with 2–4 years of experience to join our Indore office. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, problem-solving, and delivering actionable insights to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support
  • business decisions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
2. Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Document and maintain business processes, systems, and workflows.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Communicate analysis results effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
4. Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas of improvement within business operations and recommend solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Market Research:
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning.
Key Requirements: 1. Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Skills & Experience:
  • 2–4years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools(e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Basic understanding of SQL and databases is a plus.
3. Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
