The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, problem-solving, and delivering actionable insights to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support
- business decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Document and maintain business processes, systems, and workflows.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Communicate analysis results effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify areas of improvement within business operations and recommend solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools(e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
