Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances & Partnerships to lead initiatives that enhance Zepto’s user value through meaningful collaborations. This role will focus on forging impactful partnerships, driving loyalty programs, and collaborating with fintech and banking partners to elevate Zepto’s brand and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: ⦁ Strategic Partnerships: Identify and execute strategic partnerships to create long-term value for Zepto’s customers. ⦁ End-to-End Partnership Execution: Manage partnerships from strategy development and negotiation to final agreement and execution. ⦁ Loyalty & Subscription Program Development: Forge partnerships that enhance Zepto’s loyalty and subscription programs by delivering exclusive benefits and rewards. ⦁ Fintech Alliances: Manage fintech partnerships, including banks and financial institutions, to unlock new opportunities and drive customer engagement. ⦁ Third-Party Brand Collaborations: Identify and onboard third-party brand partnerships that align with Zepto’s target audience and business objectives. ⦁ Onboarding and Integration: Oversee the complete onboarding process for new partners, ensuring seamless integration and execution. ⦁ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing to streamline partnerships and ensure alignment with business goals. ⦁ Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and ROI of partnerships. What We’re Looking For ⦁ Demonstrated success in managing and developing partnerships for consumer-facing brands, preferably in the tech or startup ecosystem. ⦁ Strong relationship-building and account management abilities. ⦁ A solid understanding of payments, partnerships, and the banking industry. ⦁ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ⦁ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset to engage with diverse teams. ⦁ Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 institute, MBA preferred.
